Festive Turkey Stuffing

Make your Christmas turkey stuffing extra delicious with Ducks Nuts.

INGREDIENTS :

• 10 cups fresh breadcrumbs
• 1/2 cup parsley chopped
• 1/4 cup fresh oregano leaves
• 1/4 cup fresh thyme leaves
• 3 cloves garlic, crushed
• 125g packet DUCKS TOASTED PINE NUTS
• 100g packet DUCKS MACADAMIA NUTS
• roughly chopped
• 125g diced Prunes
• 125g dried apricots, chopped
• salt & pepper to taste
• 3 eggs

METHOD :

Combine all ingredients and mix well until combined and holding together.

Fill turkey cavity and the front breast, secure and bake turkey according to directions.

Quantity of stuffing for a 5kg turkey.
